If you're just looking to lose weight, staying under a certain number of calories in general will do the trick. I've lost about 15 lbs since October, just trying to stay within the limits they gave me when I set up my profile. I'm sure there are health benefits of watching fat calories as well, its just not something I pay attention to at this point in my diet.
