Hi everyone
I have just joined and my name is Heather and I live in Sahune in the Drôme Provençal which is on the start of the Southern French Alpes whilst still being in Provence.
I have just found out that even though I have no allergy to Wheat I do have an intolerance, which is a pain in a country where the bread is idealic, so hence onto finding and learning to cook gluten free.
