Impressed so far with this site...the member posts and overall committment to general health. It ain't easy but it is about doing something for yourself.
Recently been told I am diabetic (type 2) I have lost 46 lbs down to 252 from 298lbs in May 07. Have done it all with good diet...protein, carb balance and minimizing the fats. Have improved all number, Chol, ldl, hdl, pressure in a dramatic way with exercise and diet......no gimicks.
Excercise consist of 30-40 free weights hitting every bad part one time per week with 20 minutes of eliptical after the weights. May change that soon to do more sets of weight on a day with no cardio and then just devote 45 minutes to eliptical on the weight training datyoff.
Now I am at a "plateau" and it is likely because I have allowed my calorie intake creep up THUS THE RESON WHY I JUST JOINED......HA This should allow me to count on different exercise days.
My Question----does this site provide a summary of daily protein, carbs, fats from your daily food log. This would greatly help me. Thanks in advance for the help!

That will give the basics, if you hover your mouse over the date (don't click, it's hyperlinked) you will also be able to see the micro-nutrient analysis.
