New member... looking for advice
Hey everyone, I discovered this great site just yesterday and signed up immediately. After reading a few posts and saw what a great help some people on here are, I figured I would start posting as well.
For my first post, I am basically looking for help to gain weight. I am currently 22 years old about 6'1" and weigh approximately 140-145 pounds on average. I play ice hockey about 2-3 times a week and go to the gym about 2 times a week. I am hoping to gain about 10-15 pounds and would like anyone's advice as to what I should eat more of, supplements, etc. I typically have a good diet mainly consisting of protein, fiber and carbs, and I try to eat as little sugars and fats as possible.
I have come to this board because I have been the exact same height and weight since I was a sophomore in high school, and I am now a senior in college. Any information would be helpful, thanks!
