I joined this site years ago, but am recently back after a 2 year break.  Just looking to reign in my habits again...already at a decent weight, I just don't like the out-of-control feeling creeping up again!

By the way, I'm 22 and currently in my internship to finish out my degree :)

I am a photography student, so a busy schedule i can def. relate to. I am also romanian so those european dinners that my parents make sometimes when i come home kind of scare me.

My real problem is that I am not sure how to begin such a change. One day i work out the next i give up. Apparently have to eat about 2700 calories but i don't even know what to eat as snacks, or anything.

I just know it's time for something to happen, and i just dont know how to start it all. I don't over eat junk food and i dont drink alcohol, I've had a weight problem since i was about 7 but doctors say that nothing is wrong, meanwhile I am over 100 pounds over weight :(

Hmm dinners and snacks are all the trickiest part of my day as well!

I just find it easier to give in to richer but smaller things.  My dinners at my boyfriend's house are intensely rich, so I try to stay satisfied with smaller portions (try...) and eat desserts like fruits and dark chocolate, things that are satisfying in smaller portions.

What do you currently eat for most meals and such?

i'm 19 and just moved into my new flat for my second year of university too! I'll give you support and anything if you ever need it - just message me and I'll do my best!
