Hello Ellawog and welcome!!

I had gastric bypass almost 3 years ago (Sept 2005) and have had some battles as well. I lost about 140 lbs, gained back 30 and now am down a total of 160lbs. Now I am having some issues right now where I cannot eat much at all without pain (dont let that scare you for we are still trying to figure out why and have no idea if it has anything to do with the by pass), so I a, dealing with a lot of issues too.

I understand your fear of gaining weight back. That is why I joined this site. It will be great to have someone in a similar situation to talk to and give support to as well as get support from. If you want to add me as a friend please do, it will be great having a fellow by-passer on this site.

Good luck and I hope to hear from you.
