Anybody out their in their 20's that need to lose weight.  I need to lose approximately 70 pounds and need a buddy to track this with, a little motivation for both sides!  I am doing a diet program with my mother but the age difference makes quite a difference.  I need to someone to keep me motivated. I am 24, I also need to lose about 50-55 pounds. I would like some one to help me get motivated also. I would like to be your buddy.
Thanks for the reply! I have done the motivation thing before and it really helps! I kept 30 pounds off before when me and my best friend went on a diet together! I hope we can lose weight and become healthier together!

Congratulations on keeping that 30 pounds off when you worked with your best friend! Team work definitely makes things more fun. I look forward to working with you!

HEY THERE! I AM 23 AN NEED TO LOOSE ABOUT 60 POUNDS!! I JUST STARTED YESTERDAY AND AM A LITTLE NERVOUS BUT EXCITED TO SEE MY RESULTS! WHAT KIND OF DIET ARE YOU AND YOUR MOM GOING ON? WELL, I AM GLAD TO JOIN IN ON YOUR SUCCESS! GOOD LUCK!

I'm right there with you. I just turned 29 yesterday, so I'm heading out the door to my twenties, but while I'm still here, I'd love to have a motivational friend. I have to lose 150 lbs, so I'll be here a while. I just started last week, and I had a stomach virus over the weekend, so I lost 5 lbs (WOOHOO!) but I too need a little inspiration and pushing to continue this lifestyle change.
