Trying to win this battle. Im tired. Well I'm not, but my body is. Im only 24 and feel like im 30. I know its not my personality, because Im crazy but my body just wont keep up with it!
So now Im on it......making little changes, being more "non-lazy", drinking my water and vitamin. Im always trying to lose weight but im doing it while eating whtever and excersising, or maybe eating right and not excersising..its always one or the other never both!
SO yeah, here I go. My body needs this! To a new me..or just a healthy me!:)

Welcome to CC. I think that you will find it's easier to achieve your goals with the support of people who have been there and are doing it still.
This is a great site. Wonderful tools and the BEST community around.
To start, set small, easily attainable goals. First, try cutting out soda or another vice. Or, maybe it's to replace one 'bad' snack with a fruit.
Little things that you do add up. AND, the feeling of achieving the little goals keeps you focused and motivated to reach the bigger ones.
