Hi Everyone ~ please welcome our new Vegetarian Moderator Heather

Hi everyone, my name is Heather and I'm a 25 year old vegan from the East Coast. I've always been interested in vegetarianism and as soon as I went off to college to pursue a degree in Psychology, I was able to turn that interest into my way of life. I've been vegan for the past 7 years and at least try to participate in some form of exercise daily (which along with c-c have helped me to lose the 20 pounds I gained in college!). I'm very open minded and definitely not the type of person who is judgemental or 'in your face' about my beliefs, I practice them for myself only. I've met some pretty incredible people here so far who are always there to motivate me and make me laugh. I'm happy to answer any questions, share my love of cooking/baking with recipes...and I'm very excited to be a part of the seemingly endless source of motivation that calorie-count offers to all of us.

Welcome to the Team!!! Smile
