New Moderator ~ Lalabanana
Please welcome our new Weight Gain Moderator Lalabanana
Here are some words from Lalabanana:
I joined CC in May, happening on the site by chance while looking for advice on starting recovery. I have a history of disordered eating, from an emotional eater to anorexia but, thanks to CC, what began as a worried girl underweight and seeking advice generally has developed into a happy, healthier girl well on her way in recovery just four months on. I know I couldn't have gotten to where I am and where I am going without the people here, and try now to return the good vibes on by helping as many people where I can. Whether it be for solid advice, for a laugh and a natter, or otherwise, I'm here to help. [: Personally: I am eighteen, now, studying in my third year of college in the UK. I'm hoping to eventually take Drama at University. I'm a self confessed nerd and love to write fiction in my spare time. And in advance: pardon if I over use Brit-isms, I generally clarify when I do! Pip pip! <3
Welcome to the Team!!!
Wilkommen. She sounds adorable. Hugs all around!
Hi guys! :D Hohoho, slightly copied from my reply in H&S but hey, everyone gets to cheat sometimes: I'm really excited (and flattered!) to be on board with the CC moderators. As my little blurb says, if you need help or advice feel free to ask me - I'm here with open cyber-arms.
I've been in recovery for four months as said, but I know not everyone that comes for weight gain is dealing with an ED so I will give as well-rounded advice where needed and alter accordingly depending on your needs/histories. To all of you who ARE starting or in recovery: stick with it, it's possible and SO worth it! To those of you just looking to improve your weight through gaining whether hindered by high metabolism or genetics: good for you! It can be just as much of a struggle, but the results are awesome. [:
I look forward to helping around and about. So, hello! o/
Wow! Congratulations on your new position. You do give a lot of good advice and will be a welcome addition to the CC team.
Welcome and congrats, yay! ![]()
