I am a 32 year old mother of a 10 month old boy. I want to lose 50 lbs and be the lightest I have ever been. It will be hard but I am prepared to work for it.
I am trying to diet and eat mostly salad and fruits, tuna, chicken, shrimp...I have to wean myself off my homemade pizza which is so good but packs on the calories.
I am doing pilates with a pilates band. Its not intense just 10 to 15 minutes a day.
I started to drink water and wean myself from pop as well! :)
I hope I can reach my goal by next year.
