New And Need A Buddy
Hey I'm new to this I've been on this site for a total of 2 weeks and have lost 11 pounds which is great but I need a buddy to keep me on track and I will do the same for them I'm 21 with to kids go to school full time and work full time so I just need some one because people at my job is like why you trying to loose weight and all this other stuff I don't have time for that but to get back to what I was saying
As buddy we can give each other challenges for a week like only drink water or do a 30 min exercise 4 times out the week
We also can do a weekly weigh in or a 2 week weigh in.
we can just be there to motivate and if you want to make this a group thing we can do this but I want motivated people only ones who really wanted to get on the path of weight loss I have to lose 123 pounds I have a long way to go but the challenges will make it easier

I just joined a athletic club and have been working out for the last two weeks but havnt changed my eatting habbits as much as I need to. I want to lose 40lbs. I would love to be your buddy. I've lost 5 pounds since I've started, i'm still doing good with my calories, but have lost motivation for exercise, it's -2 out today and it's depressing!
Need a buddy to keep motivated to follow through!! I need to lose 25 pounds for my trip in December! 20 more to go, big goal, but necessary!

I'm Dagmara. It's my first day on this site. I think the idea of a buddy is amazing! I am looking to lose about 70 lbsl.
My first goal is to hit about 190-195 by the New Year.
I definitely would love to have a support system, whether it be a buddy, or a whole group of us! I am getting married next year and would love to be able to go dress shopping and not cringe (dresses of the matrimonial kind are sized extremely small!).
I am also renovating my house and I think the physical activity involved will also help me along!
I really want to do this. I need to. For myself. And i'll take all the help I can get :)
yea i know we need to start this group on sunday and do are weigh ins on sunday any one want to this they can just join in and when we do the weigh in we can also do the goals
I'll be weighing in on Wednesdays! Saturdays are my "cheat days" so weighing in after that nice dinner or whatever, does not encourage me!

Ok, so I didn't weigh in on Wednesday...
But I've decided that Mondays will be the day. (I was sad to see I had gained 1.3 pounds since my previous weigh-in) Officially back on track!
