new and need help with the last 10 to 15 pounds
WELL I WAS AT 145 AND MADE IT BACK TO 150!!! no!
I NEED AND WANT TO LOSE 12 POUNDS AND GET TO ATLEAST 138 BY MID APRIL. MY FIANCE IS GETTING BACK IN APRIL SOMETIME AND WHEN HE LEFT I WAS AT 150...I NEED TO GET CRACKING LOL.
I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT FOR MYSELF AND TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY. I WOULD LIKE TO GET BELOW 145 ATLEAST AND STAY BELOW 145.
I HAVE LOST 60 POUNDS SINCE LAST YEAR FEBRUARY WHEN I HAD MY SON. SO I KNOW IT IWLL TAKE SOME TIME.
IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING THAT HAS HELPED YOU OUT IN KEEPING AND STAYING BELOW YOUR GOAL WEIGHT I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.
I DO GO TO THE GYM AND DO CARDIO AND WEIGHT TRAINING AND SOMEWHAT WRITE OUT WHAT I EAT. IT IS VERY HARD THOUGH....
THANKS! AND GOOD LUCK!
Hello,
Have you tried weight watchers? That's how I lost my initial weight (about 35 lbs). My goal weight was 140 and I got there and have maintained it ever since (5-6 years). I've alway's wanted to get down to 125 so now's the time - I'm turning 30 in april and I want to be a confident & happy 30 year old. So I'm back on track - I've alway's used my WW knowledge and that's how I've maintained but now it's time to be strict and lose the rest. I started really keeping track of my points again last week (and excercise) and I've lost 5 lbs - so I'm sooooo happy. Basically, I can relate to the last 10-15 lbs and it's really tuff to get rid of but i'd say just keep focused. And if you've never tried WW, give it a shot - It definately work's and there's no restrictions, you can have anything you want - you just have to count your points. I hope this was helpfull. Good luck reaching your goal.
