My name is Ariel. I am new and really determined to do this but I often can't get in the right habbits. My main worry is I'm in College and going abroad to Italy in 3WEEKS!! My biggest weakness is desserts I may not eat a lot of other fatning foods but I always always always have room for dessert. I know a lot of people gain weight in college and especially when they go abroad. I've been lucky enough to stay pretty much the same except I don't do nearly as much extra activities that I did in high school, so I may be a similar weight but my body is totally different. I don't want to gain weight while I'm abroad, but I really do want to enjoy myself though. I thought I was going to lose 15 lbs before I left but that didn't happen this summer, which is a pattern with me.

Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do while i'm in the fabulous culinary city of Rome??
