Sup peps, I was just wondering if you guys think I'm a bit to small,

I'm 6ft 2 161pds, I was wondering because my freinds are always refering to me as Mr. bonnie, because I was about 185 pds a couple of months ago. When I was 180 I felt a bit heavy because I was still 18 years old, but understood That I was tall. To make a long story short, Since I changed my eating habits I don't crave any of the foods I usally would eat, and was wondering if guys think I should go out my way to gain a couple of pds?

thanks.

The best thing to do is to go see your doctor and let him know your concerns about your weight. He's the best one to know whether or not you should gain any weight and possibly recommend a diet for you to put the weight back on if you need to.
I agree with hunny.  You need to be assessed either by your doctor or a dietician.  They know what's healthy for your body.
Well, i don't know what to tell a guy. But i would say. Like (Neeners) said. Go and see a doctor or a dietician. My have a god son and he is 15 and he is tall as you. And he was really big for his age. We notice all at once he started to lose weight and eating habits. He went from a size 38 in men jeans to a 32 in men jeans all at once.  It all happen within 3 months this fast weight loss.He was just losing all kind of weight.

His mother my god sister thought he was fine. I told her i think he was sick. Come to find out he was a diabet. It happen all at once.

I say you need to go to the doctor and  have your whole body and blood levels checked out.

A few test. Tell your parents about this. See what they say do. You may need to go and see a doctor.

Ps. I love your name. Dreamcatcher. That is so Pretty.
Thanks you guys, My glocuse levels are fine so I'm not diabetic and I already checked wit my doc at my last appointment which was like a couple of weeks ago a see says I was fine for my height and says that I just have a very fast metabolism, I guess it runs in the fam because my little sister eats like a bat of of hell and then goes to sleep but don't gain an ounce.I play for a basketball team and we have pratice a lot so that could be a reason.

If your physician says you are alright , healthy, and you feel good then be happy and give a prayer of thanks to God. Enjoy your health and respect it by continuing to eat healthfully, having checkups now & then, and enjoying your sports! Be sure and keep a spot in your memory for &  of the fast metabolism for when you are in your 60's though-- like the majority of people it's memory will be cherished. :)
Dreamcatcher -

Personally, from your pics I think you look great. You shouldn't go out of your way to eat more just to gain a few pounds, unless you're looking to intentionally add on some muscle (or if it's for health reasons). Keep up your healthy eating habits and enjoy the benefits of having a fast metabolism! :)
Go into some weight training to add more muscle mass to your body. That may help not look so skinny. You have a fast metabolism. So i think weight training will be great for you. That will help even you out. Oh and another thing. Your friends will stop calling you Mr Bonnie. :-)

Good luck..
