New person here - wanting to gain...
Hey everyone. I started this last night and am trying to gain about 30 pounds. I'm 6' and weigh about 135. I've pretty much weighed the same since High School (I'm 35 now) and I've never really been comfortable about it. I work out - I'm in the Army - regularly, but just can't keep any weight. Please, I'm open to any suggestions...

I was in the Army as well, and the usual work out routine is more cardio than anything else. If you want to gain weight, I would start with lifting weights and slowly increase your (good) carbs and protein weekly.
Do not just start eating everything in sight. You want to gain good weight, not just fat. You could probably use a few pounds, but you don't want all of it to be fat.
