I have been workin my way up to this my weight is 202 29 years old yesterday i benched pressed 315 pounds 2 and a half times that is my personal best i know their is alot of you saying thats it! For me thats a big accomplishment wen i was younger i worked out all the time and possably could have done it then but i started doing drugs and lost weight and muscle that was the old me i dont do that any more i am trying to be as healthy as i can. i do drink beer but not every day i finaly found the true technique to building strength that works for me i just wanted to share this with every one

No, that's great!  That's just over 1.5 times your bodyweight.  For me, that would be 255-260 and last time I tried maxing I could only get up to 240 but failed at 250.

So, CONGRATULATIONS!
