| 6 | ounce macaroni, (shell) cooked |
| 8 | ounce marinara |
| 8 | ounce cottage cheese |
| 4 | ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| 4 | ounce anchovies, drained, chopped |
| 4 | oz mushrooms, chopped |
| 4 | oz olives, black, sliced |
| 1/2 | cup onion, chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon basil, dried |
| 1 | tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated |
Recipe Directions for New Pizza Casserol
- In a microwave safe 2 quart casserole mix together all ingredients except Parmesan.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over top and microwave 10 minutes (850 watts).
- Ovens vary, adjust time accordingly.
