Recipe Ingredients for New Pizza Casserol

6 ounce macaroni, (shell) cooked
8 ounce marinara
8 ounce cottage cheese
4 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 ounce anchovies, drained, chopped
4 oz mushrooms, chopped
4 oz olives, black, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for New Pizza Casserol

  1. In a microwave safe 2 quart casserole mix together all ingredients except Parmesan.

  2. Sprinkle Parmesan over top and microwave 10 minutes (850 watts).

  3. Ovens vary, adjust time accordingly.
