Im currently attempting recovery. So I'll be around, and can offer advice and such when Im online. ;]
I could say a lot more but you'll figure me out soon enough. I've been hospitalized a lot over the course of over a year now. I'm really attempting recovery, I can't afford any more sick days. Im a junior and need not be always absent.

Well congrats on wanting to recover. we are also here to support you. please check out the different threads. make sure you're eating at least 2500 calories. minimal cardio if you have a lot of weight to gain and consistency!! :) if you need support feel free to PM me.
welcome, im so pleased you have decided to recover , it will be hard but you can do it and you have all of us to support you like chrissy said consistency is the key. i hope you can use this forum to help regain your health h xx
