I just started reading it and can't wait to try the new plan...has anyone ever heard of this book or used it to reach their goals?

I have only heard GREAT things about the book, even from experienced (even though I've been doing it for years now I dont think Im in this category) weight lifters on here and other sites.

I bought it online...found it at a SUPER low price...and didn't realize it was so low cuz I was PRE ordering it and wont get it for another month. How dumb o me! But I can't WAIT to start it!

The authors of the book actually wrote the plans that I have been doing. not the same thing as what is in the book (from what I hear), but I've loved those workouts (I'm doing a hard one that Rachel Cosgrove worked up until my book comes), and I've seen results.

I have heard so many great things about that book! Its def. a great buy! I need to go out and buy it myself!  Maybe today I'll go out to B&N and get it! Good luck!

Just got it and started reading it. It looks really really hard but at least you get to eat more! What do you think about the increased calories? I'm nervous to go up too much for fear of gaining weight...
