Anything Else You'd Like To Share? i guess thats about it i am just looking for ways to stay motivated, i started working out with my whole family at the ymca a couple weeks ago, ive been avoiding eating fast food and have only been buying healthy foods, my mom is defintiely keeping me going, weve been working out together everyday, ive already lost three pounds and cant wait to keep it going, any thoughts tips advice are all welcomed, thanks!
