My name is Jessica

I am 26 (well in 12 days i will be)

I am 150 lbs and have 2 kids. which i cant use as an excuse cause my daughter is 4.5 and my son is 2.5 so i have had plenty of time to take it off.

I need motivation and challenges because i am very easily lazy. like i will make so many excuses to not work out, or justify mcdonalds and wendys by saying, its chicken, its fine.

Lets work together and see where we end up. I want to be 20 pounds lighter by xmas for sure.

Hi!  My name is Tammy, 43 yrs old, mom of 2 (15 and 21). I've lost 60 pounds since October '07 and I want to lose 20 lbs by the end of November.

SW:  236 lbs (October)

CW:  175 lbs

GW:  155ish by Thanksgiving! :D

I hope this just isn't a weigh in thread. So boring and not much support either! Lets post our thoughts, concerns and questions too. We can do this with the help from eachother. :D

Hi I'd like to join too.  I agree with mom though that just recording our weight probably won't provide the support we need.  I've lost about 50 over the last year, but would like to finally drop the last 20- I've been on a hiatus since April and just maintaining.

SW:  205lbs (July 11th when I started CC)

CW:  201 lbs

GW: 175 For now

I started CC on July 11th, I have since lost about 4 pounds now. Losing bout a pound a week. I wish I could lose more a week, but I guess anything is better than nothing..right??I'm so glad I found this site because I was at a plateau and I didnt know it. This site helped me alot. Weigh in on Sundays works good for, since thats when my weight changes for the week,usually going in a downward positionSmile. I try to eat between 1400-1800 cals a day. Averaging about 1600 cals for the week. So far that has been working for me. I workout 5x a week and I strength train 3x a week. Good Luck and lets motivate!!

What is everybody else doing to lose the weight? How many cals a day,exercises, etc.
