New to the site

Hello...I'm new to this site and so glad that I found it!  I was using fitday.com but this seems to be so much easier to navigate.

I do have a question though...I joined a group and there are no forums on the front page for that group and I don't see anywhere how to start a post.  I can see where to view the members etc.  The group I'm referring to is the Nebraska group.

Anyway...I'm a 40+ yr mom and grandma with about 100 lbs to lose, such fun.  Have tried several different diet plans of course, some with more success than others but I'm not ready to give up.  I feel very motivated these days and look forward to getting it done this time!

What part of Nebraska are you from?  I'm in Omaha...been here for about 5 years now

I live in the small town of Tekamah. Its 40 miles north of omaha. I worked in omaha for several years though and still go there to do all my shopping!
