I am 29 years old, been doing this for about a week and a half; lost 6 pounds, I am trying to lose about 20 more pounds. I have three children and not planning on anymore so I am trying to get my body back! Plus I want to get in shape since i am in college to become a nurse with only 7 months left. I weigh 155 right now and want to be at 135. Good luck to everyone!

Wow! 6 lbs in a week and a half. That's so great for you. Make sure you do some weight training along with your cardio. You'll burn more fat thru-out the day. I just wanted to say "Hi" & good luck reaching your goal. I've got 3 boys who are all helping me try to lose the extra weight. My oldest runs with me & helps me work out.
