Are you the new skinny girl? But YOU don't see any difference?

I had one of my guy friends kind of comment

"well you and *insertanotherfriends name* are like the tiniest people I know."

...and I just don't feel it. I still think I look about the same although i dropped about 20 lbs since first time i met that guy friend (apparently I used to weigh about the same as him lol)

Last time I bought a size 0 jean only it was too big on me. (it was about the same size as size 5 (weird sizing though) that I wore last year though)  I actually got a size 00 which was weird for me. (of course abercrombies run a little big but still! incredible motivation booster) I fit alot of XS tops too....

but once again I don't feel any skinnier. The only difference I really see is I FEEL my flat stomach(it doesn't look any different to me though) I just know I LOOK skinnier to other people. o_O it's weird.

Is it just me?

I'm sorry but 5'4 and 99lbs is very underweight and even though you are of Asian descent I don't think that is healthy for you. How did no one else notice this?

And this whole lose more weight thing was partially due to being able to say in the future even if I gain more weight like "when I was in college, I weighed this much" LOL. My mom sorta says that and I was like.. I wish i could say I was super light or something in college but at this rate -_-;;

Same as all of you. I lost about 30 pounds two years ago. I currently weigh 114, I did put back on 5 pounds this winter (currently getting those 5 pounds off). Anyway, I feel "fat" at 114 pounds. My mind as never caught up to my body. I went from a size 12 to a size 2. Funny as I never thought of myself as "fat" back then. I think much more about "fat" now.

YEAH i never thought I was overweight then, although my mom was sorta hinting at it (she wasn't the asian mom who was like "you are fat!" or something though) my brother did call me fat when we were having an argument though =_= pshh...

I agree, i feel fatter at 116 than I did at 140-150 ish. weird mindset, I thought i was skinnier than I was at 140 ish o_O;;;; or at least a medium.

I never thought of it, but my mom totally has the same thing.  In high school and college she was SO tiny, and I want to be able to say I was tiny as well.  These are the best years of my life and I want to be the best ME of my life!

definitely feel the same way as all of you!!

when I first told my friends and family I wanted to lose 20lbs, everyone thought that it would be too much, I guess they didn't realize I weighed 140lbs and now that I mention I'd like to weigh 110, people think I need a therapist or something.

People who don't go through this emotional/physical struggle don't really understand the way it feels. I still feel fat!! I look in the mirror and although I can see ribs I've never seen before, I'm way more critical than I was before. I never used to look in the mirror so much.

When I look at my stomach/legs, they look as big as they were but when I touch my stomach I wonder where the fat has gone. Some days, it's the most amazing feeling, others, I still feel like I've got an eternity to go till I reach my goal weight!

The more we lose, the more we want to lose it seems.
