A New Start
i reached 65 kilos at the beginning of this summer i was in control and on my way to losing more, but after my sister came for her 2 months visit we started going and eating out a lot and i almost stopped going to the gym...so i started gaining back the weight i lost and i gained more...long story short i have now 10 extra kilos...but i didn't want to repeat the same mistakes again...being strictly on a diet for 6 days and then blowing my diet and going aaaaaall the way in one day...i decided to take little baby steps...i have been on a diet for almost two weeks n the baby steps are working for me...this this calorie counting thing is amazing
Yes it is amazing. I'm surprised at how quickly the calorie quota is attained. I thought I was eating well and didn't realize that what I was consuming was so caloric. Anyway, now that I have this guidance its keeping me more aware. Its only been a day, so I guess its too early to get too excited. Today has been pretty easy so far. I've decided that every day will be as easy as this one. Wish me luck.
