Hi, I just found this site awhile back. I have never been on any of the forums or anything. I need to lose at least 50 pounds. I am committed to sticking to a diet and exercise program. My diet is going to consist of trying to develop new habits and keeping a calorie count of my intake. I hope we can all succeed on this journey.
