Not new...but starting over!
I have been a member for a long time. I used to be on the site daily and gradually fell out of touch...or just got lazy! I am starting over this year. It has been about a year since I even bothered to post, so to most of you I am a newbie. Anyways...with the year off I have found that I need the motivation and support of this site. So bring on the buddies!!! I am doing it this time.

Hey Yellowfrog,
I too fell of the calorie count wagon. I stayed true to it for about 2 months and lost about 15 pounds and then we took a road trip from Boston to FL to visit my mom for Xmas and that was the end of that!! I plan to stay dedicated to logging my foods and starting an exercise regimin that I will enjoy and stick too. I really wish I could find a few buddies on this website that I could check in with on a regular basis and be held accountable for my actions. Hahaha!! You and I seem to have a lot in common, I too have always had a bad habit of putting everyone else's needs before mine and neglecting myself, my weight and my health in the process. This is a very hard habit to break, but I am working on it. I have added you to my buddy list, hope you don't mind. Hope to hear from you soon!
