And this week shall be awesome. Why? Because I say so, and because you say so. This week will be the week we stay COMPLETELY on track. No more falling off the wagon, no more "well just this once..." No. Just no. I'm so sick of that, you're so sick of that. Yes, it's midnight and I'm tired. We're all tired. But I think this is going to be an amazing week. If you're gaining weight, losing weight, maintaining, toning up, or just getting healthier all around, I say this is our week to shine. So yeah. I don't know why, but I just feel really empowered right now. Post or something to show me that I'm not totally crazy/alone. O_o

Awesome! I'm in maintenance and haven't been eating enough.

This week I will eat at least 1900 calories everyday and will stop with this new, lax behavior of mine that allows to much added sugar and sodium into my day.

Thank goodness each day/week/month is new.  We get a new start, a second chance.  That's especially good to know after returning from a vacation to Florida where I spent 7 days stuffing myself on all the things I can't get in Germany - Taco Bell, high quality beef and seafood, Mexican food, hotdogs, Grapenuts, .....

Back on the wagon.  Yay!

Thanks! I needed this post, too! After a weekend with my Thai friend and her family - and eating trigger foods at their insistence in order to not offend - I NEED to get on track and overcome this sickness and crap-feeling from eating this way.

Hopeflly tomorrow I can get on track and to the gym. Scratch that, i KNOW I can ;)

Yep...u're not alone! I had a bad week last week where I ate a lot of not-so-good things! So here's to a great week!! Already went to the gym...haven't had anything bad to eat so hopefully this continues!

My thoughts exactly!!! some how 1.5 lbs. crept up since last week, so i am getting down right fanatical for a while, i will not take "one bite" of anything not included in my diet. this is a new week, and new chance to take control & eat healthy and correctly so as to see a significant turn around in my wt. loss goals as soon as next week, Thank you for the motivation!

Laughing WE CAN DO IT, AND WE WILL DO IT, BECAUSE WE LOVE OURSELVES AND WANT TO STRIVE TO BE BETTER EVERY DAY!!!!

Yay! I'm so glad people are as enthused as I am =] I'm normally pessimistic by Monday, but I just have this feeling. It's going to be a great week and, hopefully, a great rest-of-the-year =D

Yes!! I have been off track for a month now. My new week started yesterday and for once I was good.  THIS week l I WILL DO IT. I will exercise and try and stay below 1750 calories.

I resolve this week  to update my calories BEFORE eating something. I haven't done that before maybe it will help.

Wow, I really needed all this possitive stuff this morning, thanks.

 

Likewise I gained 1.5 Ibs over half term, no excuse. So I will draw a line under last week and start afresh with new determination thanks again.

I needed this too!

I started counting in May and have lost nearly 30 pounds. I've been maintaining for the last month and it's time to start losing again. I'm a little over halfway to my overall goal and I don't know if I needed that break or not, but I do know I need to start counting again!

As of this morning, counting will begin again...

I could use a new week, I just feel so good right now.

I've never been this happy before in my life. I now want to go excerise. Its becoming a habit.

Me and my sister took a nice LOOONG walk yesterday and it was with weights! yes weights!. I've been eating healthy and I just feel so much happier.

New day. New week. Wink
