hi, my name is alba and it's my first week too! i'm just writing what I'm eating because this time i need to reach my goal of 130 lbs.
So yep, i started on Monday and I am more inspired than ever, not only a change for our country but a definite change for ME.

Just curious -- how many people are still active (or want to be active) in this group on weigh-ins?
Cause I was thinking...... how would you all like to add another line to the form -- "% weight loss"? Similar to "The Biggest Loser" show, we could have a little friendly competition and have a weekly winner for whoever loses the largest percentage weight loss. You wouldn't win anything except kudos from the rest of us and the pride in knowing you're THE BIGGEST LOSER/WINNER!!! And it might give us some additional motivation to keep up the fight!
For those who are interested, reply with a day that's best for you to weigh in and we'll go with the majority. My vote would be for Wednesday.
