Loss of one pound this week!  I will take it since I have been gaining every other week.  Also, I have a mini challenge that I just acomplished.  I have worked out for a min. of a half hour for 5 days this week.  My goal is to do this every week.

Hello there.  I am new to this WI thing but I feel it will be a tremendous help to encourage and be encouraged by posting.  Are the weekly weigh-ins always on Friday?

I am back on the wagon with counting and have been tracking since 4/28.  Before that I was not tracking my weight on a regular basis.  My starting weight back in Dec. was 238 and as of 5/6/09 I was 225.

Hello all, I just checked and I haven't posted in a while. Work has been really busy and I took a week off of exercising and counting just to relax. Surprisingly I didn't gain that much. I guess the good habits are sticking. Smile

I need to stay on track. Being under 200 was my mini goal. This is the third time I saw 199 on the scale. Let's hope this time it's here to stay. I'm actually really surprised I lost this much since I haven't been to the gym this week. I opted to work out at home instead. Although, I really watched what I was eating since I wasn't going to the gym as much. Woo hoo, 180 here I come!

Staying on track this week.

CW:198.5 (yesterday said 197.5 Frown)

GW: 150

Don't know what happened between yesterday and today. The scale did say 197.5 but then jumped up to 198.5. I swear it has a mind of it's own. I'm not upset, I'm going to consider yesterday's weight as my weigh in for week.  Still not able to get to the gym as much.  As much as I love the overtime, I wish work would calm down again.

Had a great mother's day but indulged a bit too much.

Slow and steay...  I have to go out of town tomorrow until Wednesday of next week for work.  It is going to be challenging trying to eat right.  My plan is to stay focused and use the hotel gym.    Hope everyone has a slimming week.

Down one pound this week!  I went to the Mushulu last night and had such a nice time. I was careful with choices knowing I was WI this morning and happy to see that I can still have fun and lose weight!

...and I am super excited.  I had to travel on business Saturday through Wednesday and it was very difficult keeping track of my calories.   Eating out and not knowing what is in everything makes it so difficult.  I did my best and look at my accomplishment.   Yay me!!!Smile  I plan to take it easy this weekend.   I have to work on Memorial Day.  Which is not so bad.  At least I won't be tempted by all the horrible picnic and barbecue foods.

I seem to do a lot better when I am accountable to a group, so I would like to be a part of your weighins. I'm feeling a bit discouraged as I have been eating over my calorie limit for a couple of weeks. So, I need some support. Looks like you all are doing a great job!

jedsro64 - I am glad you joined.  I find the weekly weigh-in very motivating.  I hope we can be the encouragement you need. 

I have started to only weigh myself on Friday's when we post our weights.  I find myself counting the days.  It also motivates me to stay on track the closer Friday comes.  It's a little game I play with myself.  Whatever works right?

I've stayed steady at 130 for the whole month of May. Usually that would upset me... but I have been away from the gym visiting family all month, so maintaining is all I was hoping for. Can't wait to get back and drop my last 5 pounds!

So I have officially lost 20 pounds.  Unbelievable when I think about.  I am a shirt I haven't been able to wear in a while and am feeling svelt.   Hope everyone had a successful week.  If not, jump back on the healthy wagon.
