You're doing weight watchers? I think maybe i want to. I need to look and see if it fits in my "debt free by 2012" budget. lol Let me know how you like it. I remember doing it in highschool but i only was allowed 18 points.... with my 100% italian mom's dinners...i was eating celery all day to make up for it- it's no wonder i lost weight! I hear the points changed though and there's different paths you can take.

Hey Group,
I have to say I had a week of not so good eating. My sister graduated and family came from all over. It was loads of fun to see everyone but the food and libations were plentiful and I indulged. I tried to maintain portions and I think that may have been what saved me.
I woke up this morning giving myself a pep talk because I thought I had gained. But still moving down. Yippee!!!

Yes I am doing weight watchers and I love it. Keeps me motivated. And it fits into the whole calorie counting thing as well so I can still participate here!

I wish I had been more focused. I would have loved to be under 200 on my birthday. It's about three weeks away so I am gonna have hubby take me out to a nice dinner if I am under 210.

Hey group. So this past week has been a whirlwind. We had our annual Independence Day BBQ and it was a huge success as usual. The best one yet. Of course I indulged everyday. I could tell this morning with my weigh-in. This week I will say that losing anything was great victory.

I didn't abandon you but I haven't been too interested in weight lately lol this is why i gain and loose so much!
I have been in the gym 100% more than usual (since i wasn't going at all) but the moving is slow since i was then not watching my calories. So I will begin again Tomorrow with you!
Hey group. So I am a bitted bummed with myself. It was my birthday week and I through all my good eating habits out the window. Eating too much whenever I wanted and drinking almost every night. I feel horrible and I felt even worse when I stepped on the scale this morning.
My fall has given my new focus and I am forging ahead with a goal of losing 2 pounds by next weigh-in. I know I can do it. Hope everyone else is losing. Think skinny thoughts.

I know it's been quite, but no one's posted since July? Well here's to starting it up again.
So today's the first full week I've been back on my diet in a while.

Something must have been off last week, 5 pounds just seems like a lot to lose at this stage of the game. Don't get me wrong I'm happy, but I know long term weight loss means taking it sloooow.
