Starting today july 21st I am going to pledge to lose 8 pounds by august 21st.

I pledge to not eat any junk food and eat healthy.

I pledge to stay motivated and exercise 3x per week.

Starting: 182

Okay, I'm in too.

I'm aiming for about 4 pounds a week for the next six weeks.

(Yes, I promise I'm eating healthy and exercising, I just have a lot to lose.  Please save the flames, LOL.)

I pledge to only eat one junky meal a week (Monday nights).

I pledge to exercise daily.

Starting:228 (june 4)

Current: 202

Ending: 180 by Labor Day.

My weigh in date is Mon and I have lost 8lbs!

Start 220lb

Now 212lbs

Goal 180lbs

I worked my as* off this weekend so I am expecting more fat to just drop off.

Yay monday :)  Got my workout in early and am on track with eating :)  Making cookies for the kids so I need to avoid eating them :D

Staying Steady at 174.5 which is a new low for me! Finally lost my first 10 officially since starting in JANUARY!  LOL

Tom is here. I started ou at 175 then i gain 2 pounds, and yesterday tom came, and i weigh 176 and i went to the gym, and today i weigh 179. i didn't binge yesterday, or saturday. i had 200 calories, and i change my diet to 1800 calories, and stuck to it yesterday, why do i weigh 179 today? someone please help me. congrats to you all! 
i meant 2000 not 200.
Remember malissa, you are retaining water right now. Do what i do. DO NOT weigh yourself this week. Wait til our weigh in next week. That way you won't traumatize yourself with TOM.

I usually have it pretty bad with TOM. So i take it easy and make sure i am working out and drinking lots of water & i don't weigh myself until after it's over.

Hey Morgen. Welcome to the weight loss challenge.
Okay, I weighed in yesterday (at my gym), and that's a lot more accurate than my scale here at home, so I'll use it.

I'm down 1.75 pounds.  (And that's with a visit from Aunt Flo, TMI!)

My pledge:
6 lbs by August 21st.  For me, thats a significant amount of weight loss, so its going to be tough!! That would put me down to 127.5 lb, only 2.5 away from my goal!  I would love to say I would be down to 125lb, but I don't think thats realistic!
