I have to offically wiegh in for Weight Watchers tomorrow, and since that scale is calibrated I will be posting my weigh-ins on Monday. I have been doing ok this weekend, but could have been better. I have been averaging 1700 calories this week. I splurged a little yesterday (2200) cals. That is what happens with BBQ's.

hey all...im going to go weigh myself in a bit. I should be back with good news or ok news. I may have gained instead of lost because a week ago i started weights & we're around TOM. So we'll see what the scale says.

I am 153!!! cramps and all. =] srry TMI!...at one point last week i went down to 152.5, i guess my system was in shock still cause of the new style of eating. But i went back to 153!
I feel pretty good right now. Excited to start & end the week to see my progress.
My goal for this week is 1.5lbs-2lbs
Ultimately by aug 15th i hope to be at 149 at least. We'll see.

Hey all, is it too late for me to join you guys?? I have been doing cc for about a week now, and what difference! I started at 172lbs. and now I'm at 169lbs.!! My goal for August is to lose 9 lbs. to make me at an even 160lbs. My ultimate weight goal is to be at 130 lbs., about 5 lbs. heavier than what I was before I started having kids. I wish everyone good luck!

Well, I told everyone that I would post my weight today, and I am happy to say I lost 3.6 pounds last week.

Congrats to those of you that lost and don't get dicouraged if you didn't. I didn't lose anything by weigh-in time. However i weighed myself today and i was at a whopping 151.5.
Only 2.5 to get to short term goal & only 7.5 to get to my aug 21st goal. *bites nails* let's see!!

Weighed in at 173 today, i cant ecpect it to hold 2 days in a row so I wanted to log it now LOL Which means I made my july goal just a few days late :) (really weird for me LOL I usually dont make it at all)

great job to everyone. i am still stuck at 173. i think i am not getting enough exercise. so i will boost hat up and hopefully lose 2 pounds before august 14.
I just got home from a 6.7 mile walk/jog. I did it in under 2 hours, which is a record for me! I'm sure lots of you are doing 15 minute miles, but not me. Wahh, wah, wah!!!
But I feel great!!! I totally mis-guessed about when it would get dark, and I'm sure my husband is upset with me (if he's not asleep upstairs, LOL).
I just wanted to say that I did it!!!! I'm also NOT going to eat anything, but rather, go to bed. I did drink two tall glasses of water. I have to weigh in on Monday, and I want a GOOD number!
Have I mentioned lately that sweat feels good? Wooooooo!!!!!

hey everyone weighed 173 with my clothes on today, and 172ish without. feeling a little better.
Great tiffani! I am not one of those 15 min mile ppl if anything i think 18-20min! so don't feel too bad...

I for one have not weighed myself today, but i will do so when i get home. I may be a little heavier but i don't care. The reason for that is, i've recently incorporated weights in to my workout. & i am doing them right cause i get sooooore! so i know muscle weighs more than fat. Besides you ppl should see my calfs, not to toot my own horn but i was pretty out of shape & now my cellulite is nearly all gone.!
