Hey everyone. I would like to start a New Years.... Weight Loss Count down.

Every new year we start off with a mission to lose the unwanted pounds. Let's get a group started on getting this goal. Losing these pounds we say we are going to lose every new year.

I've been on track for a 18mos, and I got to lose a little more before I've reach my goal weight of 140 pounds. Just 9 more to go, and I'm looking for girls and guys who has the same goal. Not going into the New Year with a goal of losing weight. My new year goal is to maintain the weight I've lost.

So! Who's with me.

:-)

Nice to meet you all.
I got 9 pounds to go. I would like to go to 135, but right now I'm going to work on 140 since that's been my goal for a month. My old goal was 145 and I changed it.

Jeans! You can look Fabo in them at times, and then 10 pounds later- you yell WTF happen here.. That's me! I know that story all to well.

I would like to talk about what we are doing. Like.... Talk about our workouts and what we ate, even if we cheated a little on our dinner plates.. We need to be real here, and not ashamed to talk about our wagon leaps.

I still got 2 weeks before I can be released back into my workout with my lower body, but as of now... I've been working on my upper body with weights, and eating a proper diet to make sure I don't gain any of the weight I lost back.

Injury hammie :( Pulled lifting weights. Well doing dead lifts. :(

I'm in too! I need some motivation. I'm in a rut in general and need to do something good for myself!

Believe it or not 154 is aggressive for me. At my age I don't burn many calories no matter what I do including exercise. Medications & medical issues keep my exercise calorie burn on the low side so, >2lb/month is aggressive. Am also currently dealing with fluid retention issues with ankles swelling and weight fluctuating +/- 4 lbs in one or two days. Been with CC since 2006, but got really serious Nov 08 at 193 so this is end game time and the motivation certainly helps.

I'd love to be a part

How can we set this up so that it's a managable group with a place and time to check in?  Can easily see this group getting to 200+ people, so let me know the details and I'm in for sure!  Great idea!

Hello everyone, here is the Group Plan Layout.

I will be closing this after I get my first 25. I think we can get to know each other a lot better if we keep it small. It hasn't grown as big as I thought it would over night, but I am looking for more people to join.

So, 25 is the number of people I'm looking for.

As for weigh'ns. I would like to get that ball rolling as well.

Every Monday will be our weigh'n day. Starting Monday 8th.

I  also want us to share our plans for the month ahead.

Focus points will be giving monthly.

This month Focus points will be.

Water 60oz to 80oz a day.
2 Fruits per day. " To cut down on sugar cravings."
1 salad per day and Steamed Veggie. "We need veggies in our diet."
Chewing gum. To deal with those no no cravings. Just chew gum if you know you ate something just 10 mins ago. I always grab fruit- but gum does work.
Cardio every day, and resistance training twice a week.
And share your feelings when you feel you are going to jump the wagon. We need to share so we can help each other.

What is your one goal for the month? " No matter what you choose, work on that one goal for the month. It really pays off."

My one goal for the month is to get back into my cardio workout.

This is a start.

Hit the road happy, and let's make this happen.

The start is now! Let's do this, and as the newbies come.. Let's welcome them with open arms, and share our focus goals.

Focus goal... To kick this New year's cycle of losing weight.

I'd love to be a part!

Welcome everyone. Welcome :)

Now, I just set a page up in GAMES & CHALLENGES.

I wasn't to fond of going there to set this group up, but I'm in there. I don't want this to feel like a challenge. I just want us all to work on our goals, and that's to lose this damn weight.

So, please- go and report in GAMES & CHALLENGES. Same headline, and trust me.. I took the Group Layout plan there..

Hope to see you all there soon.

Hey everyone!!!

Name: Katie

Age: 24

Weight: 197 lbs

Goal: 177 lbs

This is the first time I've set a serious goal for myself...and if I reach it, it'll be the lightest I've been in 4 years! I really really really want to do this, and I would love to cheer everyone else on too! Let's do this together!!!

I'm in!! I really need to get back on track :[

Name: Hayley

Age: 21

Weight: 146ish

Goal: 130

I've lost 11 pounds on CC since the end of May, and I was really happy with my progress.. then I kind of gave up! I moved out of my parents house, so I no longer have their weight machine or treadmill.. everything was so busy that I stopped going out and riding my bike. :[  I've lost a bunch of muscle and gained back some fat in what seems like just a few weeks... I need to get this straightened out right away!!

Hi ladies! Welcome, I will need you all to report to the Games & Challenges

Same headline, look for us over there. I've saved a spot for you all, and I will  add you to the save spot list, once you report in, I will put here by your name. Hope to see you soon. I know I have 17 people, and the new ones here I have not yet count. I think we are at 20 by now.

But please go to GAMES & CHALLENGES- Same HEADLINE.
