Hello everyone, here is the Group Plan Layout.
I will be closing this after I get my first 25. I think we can get to know each other a lot better if we keep it small. It hasn't grown as big as I thought it would over night, but I am looking for more people to join.
So, 25 is the number of people I'm looking for.
As for weigh'ns. I would like to get that ball rolling as well.
Every Monday will be our weigh'n day. Starting Monday 8th.
I also want us to share our plans for the month ahead.
Focus points will be giving monthly.
This month Focus points will be.
Water 60oz to 80oz a day.
2 Fruits per day. " To cut down on sugar cravings."
1 salad per day and Steamed Veggie. "We need veggies in our diet."
Chewing gum. To deal with those no no cravings. Just chew gum if you know you ate something just 10 mins ago. I always grab fruit- but gum does work.
Cardio every day, and resistance training twice a week.
And share your feelings when you feel you are going to jump the wagon. We need to share so we can help each other.
What is your one goal for the month? " No matter what you choose, work on that one goal for the month. It really pays off."
My one goal for the month is to get back into my cardio workout.
This is a start.

Well, a mat is good. I would want a new outfit, but for xmas.. I think I am going to ask for a new bike. I could use one.

This morning weight is 144.6 this is a good thing. I was 144.0, and I did hold on to 144 during the weekend, and I just hope I hold it past thanksgiving.
How's everyone doing?
My weight for the week is 148. Lynn is right - this weekend is going to be a big test for everyone!!

Yeah! Like holding on to 144 is going to be one test for me. I'm hitting the gym hard all the way up until thursday, and then I'm going to hit the gym that friday night for an hour. I have to get a head start on the gain if it's going to happen.
I'm just going to remind myself. How many calories it takes to burn off some of the foods I really want to eat on thursday?

I work on Thu but have Fri and Sat off (just like hubby, hehe). Might pull a 1/2 day on Sun b/c I want next Fri off as well (my b-day). Hubby has Fri-Sat-Sun off next week so I want to have the same days off to enjoy my b-day
It rains here..bleah. Need to do some shopping and don't feel like walking in the rain.
Hello, all. I am still at 206. I am sad that I didn't lose anything, but happy that I avoided another gain. I am sorry that I haven't been contributing much between weigh-ins, but work and life are super busy so I am doing what I can. Hope you all are doing well. Happy Thanksgiving!

i'm still holding steady at 183.... but funny thing.... i am absolutely certain that my breast are smaller.... BOOOO!!!! I thought fa sho i would see a weight loss yesterday mornings, but no no, still hoovering around 183.... the holiday won't be as big a test for me... i picked up some extra shifts to make some much needed extra doe, so i wont have the food temptations hanging with family over the holidays illicits!
Hi everyone, I see every one is doing good. I just came in from shopping, and the price was unbelieveable. I got the things I think I need to pull off a great dinner for the family and guest. Now! I have to make another run so I can settle in, and get started with cleaning. I've been on the go, and have not ate much today.
Cricket! New clothes is my life sometimes. I always have to get something new, and my fiance, thinks that'a a waste of money. Maybe he's right.
Yella~ Thanks, That's good that you found away to get away from all the food and table talk. I wish I could head to the gym. The gym is 24 hours, but they are going to be closed for 8 hours on Thursday, and I'm thinking about going in for a spin lesson. If not. I can spin here. Smaller Breast. I thought that was a good sign for me when I lost one of the DD, and now in a D. I can run a lot faster with out the extra D on my chest. LOL
Kara- It's better to hover than to gain. That's how I feel about those numbers that just want more. After 2 weeks of the same number, and the same workout.. I always pull out the measure tape to see if I lost any inches, and 9 times out of 10... I have lost a few inches some where, so always pull out the tape as well as the scales a twice a month.
Well! I have to run off, and call a few people to see what they are going to bring on thursday.. Better for me to know so we want have too much of the same thing on the table.

usually he either drags me to the stores or gets me something; don't get me wrong: i LOVE to shop but generally do it when i need something...
I can only live once. I guess I am one of those people who shops for all types of reasons. I just like having stuff. If it isn't a newer used car, it's a coat. If it isn't a coat.. Its a few outfits, and shoes.. I always buy 3 to 4 pair a month, and don't get me started on hand bags. I all types of colors and sizes. I just can't get enough of shopping. He told me one day.. He was going to take me to Dr. Phil, because I need help.
oh wow, i'd rather buy some gadgets than shoes or purses. i don't own ANY purse but i have a fancy backpack for my laptop; and 2 players - mp3 player special for workouts wt a strap which goes on my hand and ipod for other stuff...of course I've got a lovely usb mouse for my laptop and such...
I don't like to buy shoes at all b/c I'm a small size (smalles adult size) ...last thing I got was a pair of Adidas walking shoes. Which serve me great all through the winter since it doesn't get that cold here. I need a pair of elegant boots though but probably I'll shop for them when i need them - around New Year's lol
I try not to buy too many clothes while I still lose weight. I literally changed at least 4 complete wardrobes since i started losing weight. And yes, I tossed everything out! Donated them to Good Will in most cases. So I stick to not to so many purchases. Once I get to 119 lbs And STAY there for cpl of months I'll buy more clothes for sure
I like gageeegadget's too.. That's what my father calls them. LOL! If one thing can't link me to the internet my cell phone will, and I have the works of gadgets. I'm a oooo I got to have that type of person.. From shoes, purses, and coats.
My finance went out and got a speed boat, and I don't know why.. But he got it behind my back. I went behind is back, and got a whole new wardrobe.. Things I can keep he said, and those other things you can take back.. You can guess what he wanted me to keep. Men are men, and some women can be women. Shop until your heart stop beating. I got that shopping thing bad. Online or in a department store.. I'm a tag popper, and i will keep on poppin tags until the day I die.

we don't celebrate Thanksgving in Europe ;) but thanks to working for a US company I get the American holidays off
LOL that's cool, that you get the Holiday off just for working for the US. That has to be cool.. I'm sure if you work on that holiday. You get Time and a half.
I usually use the holidays we don't celebrate but have off to compensate for other days; like on Thanksgiving I compensate for a day I had to take off while away cause the net was down;
On Sun I'll do a 1/2 day b/c i need 1 full day to compensate for my b-day. But I can do it until the end of Dec so I can play around wt the other 1/2 day.
Too bad this year I didn't have any paid vacations but will have some paid vacation days starting next year :) [my 2nd year wt the company]
