I'm a 28 y/o from MO and I would like to get some friends from calorie count for some advice. I've suffered with depression for most of my life. I have other mental problems that make it harder but I am a surviver.   Smile

You sound a lot like I used to be, (only I'm a lot older)! I am dealing successfully with my issues now. Feel free to send me an email any time! I am definitely a survivor so we can chat about that if you wish... 

Hi princess81 and mypuppymylife.

I'm new here too. Depression is also new to me having only been suffering from it for about a year (maybe a bit longer) and not knowing anyone else that suffers from it. I'm looking forward to meeting some friends that really know what I'm going through on my bad days.
