Welcome. I joined almost two years ago. Follow the instructions on logging what you eat and how much energy you use during the day. The Calorie Count calculations and graphs will help you lose weight. I did it and have lost 48 lbs from 238 to 190 in a little over a year. All the forums and advice help a lot. I've never been healthier.

Wow Well done Miket53, I hope to lose my excess weight i gained when i gave up smoking last october  im still trying to grasp the lbs im used to using stones in weight not lbs so im trying my hardest in my calculations Smile
