Hi there, I'm a newbie. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week, at a ladies gym, which recently closed about a month ago, so have been walking 5 days a week to replace gym.....only lost 6 lbs since January 26th!!!! Some days I was counting cals (1500) day other days not so much but was just watching my portion sizes. I'm 5'1" & now weigh 153, was 159.....I lost some inches, enough to feel in my clothes but I cannot get past 150!!!! what to do? please advise!
