Hi everyone,
I joined to see if I can find help in losing weight. I weigh 180 pounds. My goal is to lose 55 & fit into those old jeans of mine (if not, the new ones I'm dying to buy).

Hello and welcome to Calorie Count.
Have you used the Tools yet? They will help you determine your calorie burn and your calorie expenditure so you can make sure you don't eat too many calories.
The key is to eat less than you burn for weight loss.
In addition, you haven't created a profile yet. The first step to finding a support group is introducing yourself to us so people with common interests and goals can find you. If you go to People, under your picture there is an "edit page" button and you can click on that to fill in your profile.
