Newbie in the group looking to cook healthier
Okay since i've been looking around on CC and in my cupboard I am amazed no shocked and dismayed by all the sodium in processed foods. I'm not ready to go to the Raw way of eating yet but would like to stick to fresh foods as much as possible. I have a hard time knowing how to create a recipe that tastes good with just raw foods so here I am.
I'm hoping to learn from you and share what I know.
