Hi everyone,

I am a mother of two little ones who is still trying to lose the baby weight ,ugh!!  My oldest was 3 in October and my youngest will be 2 this month...so it is about time I get rid of the last of my baby weight.  Can't use the "I just had a baby excuse anymore, haha".  So, I am trying to lose about 20 pounds and do it in a healthy way so that I can keep it off.   But, I know it will be slightly difficult b/c I am a total chocoholic, so anyone with tips on how to lose weight and still have your chocolate send them my way!!  :-)

Oh I love my chocolate too.  I say buy a chocolate bar - my daughter just bought me one about a week ago.  Yes I still have some left.  She bought me a dark chocolate bar 61% cacao that was organic.  Can't be too bad for me.  The package states 1/3 of the bar is the serving size at 177 calories.  I just eat 1 to 2 small squares that I break off.  I know that amount is less than the serving size so I feel good about not taking in 177 calories - I still get my chocolate fix and I'm not feeling guilty over it.  I keep it in the refrigerator kind of hidden - sometimes I forget it's even in there, but when I remember, I'm happy.  So I say indulge - just a bit - maybe not everyday, but don't deprive yourself.  You'll only be miserable and who wants that.  Maybe take your children for a 1/2 hour walk around the block.  Then you have just justified it.  Good Luck!!!!
