I am new to this group and have struggled with weight my whole life. Actually I dont remember a time that I can actually say I was thin. I have recently started having lower back problems that have made me go into physical therapy. By doing this I noticed that working out can be helpful. My problem is I lack alot of the motivation to make me want to work out. I am hoping by joining this group I will get that from all the great people on this site. I am also here to support others as much as I possible can.

Hi and welcome to the group! 

You might notice that many of us have the same background. I have never been slim either. But I do remember how great I felt when I was 21 and 170 lb. Which is a great weight for me as I am quite tall (5'11'').

You will find lots of challenges you can join! I love the work out challenges like '1000 min biking in October' or 'rowing the nile' or '10,000 cal this month'... It's a great way to track your efforts and also see how other are struggling :o)) you are not alone!!
