Hi Everyone,
I cam across this site only a few days ago after checking diets and counting calories with certain foods e.t.c, It is fab and the only FREE one I found alot have trial periods usually 24 hours but you have to pay around £10.00 per month to join.
Anyway I lost 2 stone last year and have almost gained everything due to getting back in old habits and quitting smoking - which is a good thing ![]()
So back on track although I spoke to my doctor a few days ago and he advised I tried these tablets which can help maintain your metabolism and suppress your appetite - they are called REDUCTIL - Sibutramine you take one a day, I will see how they go - although your BMI needs to be over 30 to be prescribed them.
I couldnt resist and got on the scales this morning and since Monday I have lost 4lbs!!
I know the first week is usually Water but its great to shift the pounds.
I work from home to don't do much exercise, cant wait for the kids to go back to school then I can start and LOG my walks back and to everyday.
Good Luck Everyone!!
Joanna

Hi Joanna,
I know what you mean!! I work from home too and I sometimes find I don't really get much exercise because of it! Although I recently moved to Lancaster and have been going walking at the weekends, during the week I can end up feeling just plain lazy!!
I've found this site really useful and everyone I've spoken to has been a great help! It's good knowing other people think and feel the way you do!
Good Luck!!
Lucy
