I'm feeling the "water M-Th, then drunk" theme. Frown Unfortunately I think it's my biggest obstacle to getting the last 10 lbs. off!  Empty, empty, empty calories and then the next morning juice-juice-juice = empty, empty, empty calories!
I used to be like that with juice after going out but stick to Ice Cold water after a drinking session. It brings me round much quicker than Fresh Orange ever did, no extra cals and I save a fortune on juice lol
