I'm 22 at 180.

Ideally I'd be happy with reaching 145, but if i can make it to 130 or even 120 that'd be amazing!

I've been trying to diet and excersice and I always do really well the first week or two losing 5 pounds. but then i start craving salty juicy foods and i give in and next thing i know i've gained the 5 lbs back.

I've joined this group in light of motivation. for people to keep me on the right track and well, keep me motivated. :)
