Im new here. Hoping to be here often and report and progress and anything else.

I weighed 174 in January and managed to lose 20 some pounds by summer (was down to 150). Then I majorly slacked off and have only worked out here and there but managed to put back on some of the weight. Now Im 159 lbs. So Im really trying to get back into working out, that is my major downfall. I want to get down to anywhere between 120-110 lbs. I used to be 110 lbs when I met hubby 10 years ago. And Id like to wear a swimsuit in the near future. Im 30 yrs old and barely 5 feet tall.  I swore Id be fit and healthy by 30. Well in two months Ill be 31.....and havent reached my goal yet..

Im kinda going through depression (I think). Even though hubby supports me and is my cheerleader, we keep eating out EVERYDAY and its hard eating Salad and not being full. I know I need to take matters into my own hands and cook at home most days of the week. I know Ive gained because of eating out every single day.  So hubby and the in laws will have to go without me and Im soooo fine with that. Id much prefer some alone time anyway. I need to put ME first.

I can only workout in the evenings. I do it at home to Jillian Michaels. She rocks!!! And whipped my butt when I was working out. Watching The Biggest Loser is a great motivated to.

Ive been eating real healthy , but I need to tweek it some more and get serious!

Being around people with same mind and goal will help you get motivated. CC has a good support community. Check out other threads in the main forum like Motivation, Weight Loss, Fitness, etc.

As for eating, who said that you can only eat SALAD???? Eat up or you will be starving yourself. If you have the will, you can go eat out and still watch your gutt.

Here is an example:
At Italian restaurant, say no to creamy sauce - the white kinds. Go for the tomato base, or simply olive oil base. Go for Chicken (don't eat the skin) or fish. Push away the bread basket, instead drink your water while waiting for the meal. Salad? Sure thing, just ask for the dressing on the side. Just barely dip your greens into the dressing for taste. Dessert? Get tea (peppermint if any, it will clean your palette).

Also do JM dvd's.  30 day shred is great mixed in with some good old jogging!  She has helped me drop 46 lbs in 6 months!
