I am looking for diet buddies with similar statistics. Looking to loose 2 stone and often need some motivation! - especially when Toffee Crisp chocolate bars are around!!

I do not mind and I do need a buddy. I have been the same weight for 3 months. You will need to explain what a stone is?? In the USA we use pounds in my case 180 lbs.

Im 11st 2 and 5"4 a im lookin to look hot for 2010. I aim to loose 2 stone overall aswell, by the end of jan 2010 hopefully. so jst trying to lose about 2lb a week.

Crisps are my worst enemy. I didnt do so well tonight cos i had some wine and there was some crisps an fairy cakes involved!

Iv decided tomorrow tho im going on a walk to work it off.
