Newbie taking the first steps...
Hi all, I'm a bit nervous doing this because I've never taken part in any sort of active weight loss type program before, but it's my Mom's wedding in a month, and I really want to lose a few lbs by then so I can look good in the dress and the photos!
I'm currently not too sure what I weigh, last time I checked was around Christmas (eek!) and then it was approximately 154lbs, about 70kg. I reckon about now it'll be slightly less than that, but I could sure use some motivation to keep me focused in between exams and stuff I've got going on right now. All I want to do is eat cookies in between revision!
So if anyone has any tips on good ways to slim and maybe drop a little less than a dress size in month I'd be glad to hear them! It probably helps that I don't eat meat so there's no bacon to cut out at least ![]()

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
