just be constant on what you are doing.. when maintaining.. ;)

make it as your routine.. ;) i can be your buddy..

I'm maintaining as well, and have been for several months now. What are your stats? Do you have a daily calorie-goal? Do you exercise daily - if so, how much? All these factors come into play when you're maintaining. You should make sure that you're eating enough so that you don't lose, but don't go overboard or you might starting gaining.

Thanks for the add Johnathon! Once I've shifted this 10 pounds I'll be looking to maintain too, wish I was already there though! What are your stats?

I'm 5 ft 8 and 140.5, looking to be 130.

Hey I am in pretty much the same boat. I am not trying to lose much weight, maybe a few pounds, but mainly want to try to feel a bit healthier again - i have begun to pig out on junk to much and its making me unhappy and feeling gross..

I am 5 ft 10 inch, 140 pounds.

Well, I'm not trying to maintain. I'm actually trying to lose fat while burning muscle. But if you'd ever like to talk for support, feel free to drop me a line. I see you like soccer too, and if you're a player like me I'd love to talk with you =)

And a lot of people can give you more feedback if you post your stats, so feel free to share, don't be shy ;-)

I'm 16, 5'0, about 125.
